Choosing a tent from House of Hud really allows you to put your own stamp on all the finer details of your celebrations.

For our Sussex Spring Open Day this year on the 6th May at Rye Farm, BN5 9QY, we are designing a whole new Greenery ‘look’ to inspire, delight and let your imagination run wild! We’re looking at all the extra special details that allow your individuality to shine through. And with just three weeks to go, here are just a few things we have in store for our Open Day!

Cakes:

Meet Lucie Bennet from Lucie Bennet Patissier, an award-winning chocolatier and patisserie who, living in the next field over from Katherine, is treating us to a ‘pop up’ shop showcasing her icing skills, plus designing our Greenery inspired Wedding cake for our photo shoot and open day! With each cake as individual as the person that has commissioned them, here is one of Lucy’s past creations that was created for one of our past brides in our Oyster Pearl tent to whet your appetite:

Photobooth: Capturing those moments in-between.

The photo booth has been making a comeback in recent years at weddings, parties and festivals up and down the country, and our Sussex Spring Open Day would not be complete without a Megabooth photobooth. Hailed as the ‘next generation’ photo booth, leave our Open Day with a precious memento of the day to take home with you. And you can always look fabulous with the choice of your favourite Instagram filter. Happy Snapping!

Botanical Florals:

Lissy from Lady Lissy Floristry is designing the floral and lush greenery arrangements for our Open Day this year. From succulent cacti centrepieces, eucalyptus garlands and botanical chandeliers, Lissy is dressing our Oyster Pearl and Lulette incorporating the Greenery trend for us this year. Lissy is also holding a floral headband workshop for us under the canopy of the Oyster Pearl tent, so come down and learn something new for the day!

Cocktails and Prosecco:

Enjoy a glass of prosecco as you arrive at our Lulette drinks tent, admire the view and talk to our fabulous team!

Our Spring Open Day is being held on the 6th May 2017 12 – 5pm at Rye Farm, BN5 9QY, near Haywards Heath.

The Open Weekend is the perfect opportunity to step inside our Oyster Pearl, Lulette and our patchworked Arabian showroom and talk to the House of Hud team about all those extra details for your wedding or event.

For directions, or anything else, please email Katherine@Arabiantents.com or contact us.

And as a throwback, here's a couple of our favourite images from our Rustic Woodland inspired Open Day last year:
