With our muddy boots firmly planted in festival world, we understand how to create a space that oozes Carnival that guests will relish.  And with the largest range of unusual different structures available to hire within the UK, creating your own Festival themed party or wedding is easy for us...anytime, anywhere!

Whether it be a Festival party, a Corporate Festival or a Festival wedding, we've got all the ingredients from tents to furniture and lighting to make it happen!

Our unusual tented structures make ideal VIP tents, green rooms, backstage areas, Press tents, Secret party spaces and promotional areas. And with outdoor furniture to complete the look with seating, festoon lighting, tropical hangouts, tassle garlands, coloured uplights, firebowls and pallet seating along with a new festoon fountain that creates a ceiling of lights over your guests at night we've got all the accessories to complete the festival look.

Arabian Tents are well known for making spaces inspiring and fun for festival goers and you'll see our cocktail tables and parasols dotted outside bar tents at festivals throughout the country, and our daybeds in Ibiza!

We continue to be seen backstage festival tents each year to Shambala, SW4, How The Light Gets In, Brighton Pride, the returning Secret Garden Party (shhh don't tell anyone), Henley Regatta and many others.

And as a small business with a conscience and awareness of how impactful events can be on the environment, we're concerned with looking at our best practises to see where we can improve, and help others improve around us with minimising our environmental impact.  From 2022 we are limiting our delivery distance to within 100 miles of our West Sussex base, so do bear that in mind when you get in touch.

We love to work with creatives who have a vision for the new, and are happy to work with Production Teams on creating a bespoke marquee design,or provide hire of our trusted festival favourites such as the Bombay Boudoir marquee, Purple Palace tent or pole tents.

Our large range of unique and handmade props, unusual furniture hire and interesting accessories are the perfect finishing touch to any festival tent interior...or exterior! And this furniture can be used to create outdoor areas in front of the marquee to utilise as much of the space as possible and create inviting chill out areas for VIP guests to relax and unwind in the sun.

There are various levels of involvement in our Party Planning services from which to choose, including:

  • Advice on generators, caterers, bar, music, entertainment, photographers and styling
  • 3D CAD design of the tent/ interior featuring all elements to be incorporated in it.
  • Outsourcing equipment and furniture
  • Prop sourcing and making
  • Producing schedules and where necessary risk assessments
  • Providing an Onsite Coordinator for your event.
