The Arabian Tent Company are passionate about transforming ordinary spaces to extraordinary ones. When it comes to barn dressing, it's quite often the case that the original features in the barn should be retained and not over-dressed.

The brickwork, beams and rustic detailing are all elements that add to the charm of having a barn venue so we aim to create a balance between adding softness to the ceiling through swags of voile fabric draped in the rafters and adding soft effect lighting or projections to bring out the texture of the interior instead.

The floor can often be another element that is over-looked, and especially when there is a concrete floor, adding carpet to this can transform the feeling inside it from agricultural to atmospheric.

Lanterns, pom-poms, parasols and other interesting decor can also be hung inside a barn to add interest and to fill the space or, as is often the case, lower the ceiling to make the area feel more intimate and in cases where the interior shell is too industrial, full lining to create a completely different environment for the event is also possible, using either the Cornish Cream or Bombay Boudoir interiors.
