All of our tents can be fitted with a coir or hard floor; fairy lights, chandeliers or uplighters and furniture. Our Events in Surrey
Each year, we are setting up numerous events and weddings in Guildford, Dorking and wider Surrey.
In September we set up our Saffron tent for a 50th birthday celebration in Woking, Surrey. Furnished with lounge seating, a dance floor and a stage, the marquee was the perfect venue for a night of dancing and fun in the client’s garden.
Earlier in the year, we set up our Arabian tents for a film shoot in Dorking. One of our large pole tents, accommodated 150 guests at a wedding in Guilford.

There are various levels of involvement in our Party Planning services from which to choose, including:
- Advice on generators, caterers, bar, music, entertainment, photographers and styling
- 3D CAD design of the tent/ interior featuring all elements to be incorporated in it.
- Outsourcing equipment and furniture
- Prop sourcing and making
- Producing schedules and where necessary risk assessments
- Providing an Onsite Coordinator for your event.
