Are you based in Southampton, Portsmouth, Petersfield or Basingstoke and planning a special birthday party, an anniversary celebration or a wedding?
House of Hud has set up hundreds of unique events in Hampshire and all-around England. With a wide selection of marquees to choose from, we are excited to be part of your event. Our marquees range from small frame tents for up to 30 guests to pole tents that seat up to 250 guests. We can cater for all of your event styling needs.
Working with our experienced event stylists and tent riggers and a large warehouse filled with different furnishings and accessories, there are no limits to your imagination. We also often create custom pieces for our clients and source unique pieces from all around the world.
Visualising what your event will look like can be tricky. Due to that, we create a 3D plan for each confirmed booking. Our showroom in Henfield offers the opportunity to experience a range of our furnishings and tent interiors. Check out our virtual tour!

Hosting events in a sustainable way can be a challenge. While we recycle, reuse, and reduce wherever we can, transport is a crucial part of our business. That is why we have partnered with Sustainably run, an organisation that plants fruit trees in tropical climates. The fruit trees create employment and provide food to communities, while surplus can be sold. Meanwhile each tree is offsetting up to 30kg of carbon each year. This equals more than a ton in each trees lifetime.
Carbon offsetting can sound like a big, daunting chore. As part of our service, we offer our clients the possibility to plant a tree for each attendee. Find out more about our House of Hud Forest.

There are various levels of involvement in our Party Planning services from which to choose, including:
- Advice on generators, caterers, bar, music, entertainment, photographers and styling
- 3D CAD design of the tent/ interior featuring all elements to be incorporated in it.
- Outsourcing equipment and furniture
- Prop sourcing and making
- Producing schedules and where necessary risk assessments
- Providing an Onsite Coordinator for your event.
