Asian Wedding

Our colourful Eastern-inspired interiors make the ideal backdrop for Asian Weddings, multi-cultural ceremonies or English weddings "with a little twist" of another country (perhaps where the proposal was made) and make the perfect environment for an Arabic, Indian or Moroccan themed wedding.

Asian Wedding - Glamour, colour and fun

The Bombay Boudoir interior is a popular choice for Mendhi nights and Henna parties as it evokes the glamour of Bollywood and provides a glittering, sparkly backdrop for pre-wedding celebrations and we can provide Mandaps for the bride and groom to be seated in and Shisha areas for guests to enjoy at your Asian Wedding.

This rich history of design is now synonymous with Indian weddings and events - and the art of Indian tent craftsmanship has not been lost by us. House of Hud was born from inspiration in India in 2004 and our heart still lies in re-creating the incredible atmosphere of the tented palaces for Indian marquee hire.

Our Raj tent remains a firm favourite in Indian wedding marquee hire. The ornate design uses traditional block-printing methods to create a homely and yet regal effect, making it the perfect Indian wedding marquee.

Dual nationality weddings are beautifully accommodated by creating two environments at the wedding to reflect the two nationalities of the bride and groom - such as using the English Country Garden style Cornish Cream tent for dining in and the Moroccan style Arabian interior for the evening reception.

Furnishings that can add to the overall ambiance of the event include a huge range of different coloured floor level soft seating including floor sofas and cushions which give the interior an authentic feel for family and friends to sit comfortably on for a pre-wedding party or when guests are enjoying performances. And the four poster daybeds work really well for a bride and groom to sit separately on in style at the end of an Indian tent.

Adding some Indian parasols either as stand-alone props for your Asian Wedding, perhaps on either side of a Moroccan bar area, or at an entrance work well, or can be incorporated into poseur tables to add height and interest into the interior of the marquee, as well as providing practical places for guests to put drinks and bowls down onto.

Why not experiment with our ranges of beautiful Indian linings, furnishings and accessories? Mandap chairs for the bride and groom, silk-cushioned day-beds, stunning four-poster beds, low level ornate tables for informal seating, or go grand with exquisite formal dining furniture. Indian garden parasols and Indian garden umbrellas provide bright highlights of colour and can be used to accentuate and bring height on the inside, as well as the outside of the venue. We can provide all the little details too; such as ornaments and lamps.

We create many fantasy Indian weddings throughout the year and thrive on positive feedback. We’re proud that our success has been built on personal recommendations. We’ll work closely with you to bring your most colourful dreams to life and provide exceptional Indian wedding hire services include creating stunning and unique Indian wedding venues.
