Our marquee catering service has as much personality as our unique marquees with 75% of our clients choosing to have dishes created for them to suit their likes, dislikes and the nature of the event.

We guide you through the different options, help you hone your choices, put on a tasting of the dishes to help you decide and source crockery and glassware to perfectly suit your event whilst controlling costs and maintaining high standards no matter where your event may be.

Fresh, Local, Seasonal and Traceable are the four core values for the ingredients that we use which ensure the food is ethical as well as enjoyable and our catering service ensures an excellent standard of food preparation, presentation and service for private, commercial and corporate functions.

We can travel far and wide with our delicious catering service and areas we cover are East Sussex, Kent, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Dorset, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, although at times we do travel even wider!

Some sample dishes have been put together to stimulate your senses with some sublime combinations, including popular current options like Sharing Joints (great for interactive dining experiences as guests take the carving knife challenge!), Street Food stalls (which work brilliantly accommodated in our 3m x 3m tents), High Tea suggestions (perfect in the Cornish Cream interior for a whimsical wonderland wedding), Mezze platters (ideal nibbles for a themed party), as well as some 3 course classics served with a contemporary twist!
